We interview all our nannies and caregivers, to better match the potential applicant with our clients. Applicants need to provide us with written references, education certificates, and they must provide Criminal Record Check before being hired.

All our Nannies and Caregivers have a minimum of 1-2 years of professional international or Canadian childcare experience. Most of the applicants have certificates in First Aid, CPR, Driver’s License and childcare related education such as ECE.

Victoria Nannies will also provide you a pre-calculated nanny or caregiver payroll deductions and guide you the steps of hiring and sponsoring process. We also offer continuous support on an on-going basis and follow-up with your chosen nanny weeks after the placement to ensure that your family is satisfied.
